Free-range eggs scrambled with fresh herbs and chilli, served on warm flatbread with pickled carrot, purple slaw, fresh greens & a dollop of troppo aioli    gf opt

Sunshine Waffle $22

A pumpkin & dill savoury waffle, smokey bacon, soft poached egg, fried SA haloumi & drizzled with herby oil ~ vego option with swiss brown mushrooms.

Flower Power $18.5

A vegan breakfast with toasted  swiss brown mushrooms, roasted fennel, spiced pumpkin hummus, Troppo sauerkraut & hemp seed dukkah. Served with warm pita (add a poached egg $3)   vgn, gf opt

Loz’s Latkes $19.5

Cabbage latke fritters with poached eggs, swiss brown mushrooms & fresh greens, sprinkled with sesame seed salt and chilli oil.

Creamy rice porridge made with bio-dynamic brown rice, coconut milk and warming spices, topped with toasted nuts and honey.

All our bread is local, handmade sourdough, fresh baked every morning. House-made gluten-free bread is also available. We use Clare Valley free-range eggs, San Jose SA bacon, and new season local olive oil. We are a sustainable café and source only local and home-grown produce & ingredients for our seasonal menus.



We use specialty coffee from de groot coffee co, port elliot & carry a selection of alternative milks and fleurieu dairy milk  +  housemade chai & more.

Juices etc

Cold-pressed juices, sodas and kombucha on tap   +   seasonal smoothies  & iced coffees.


Organic leaf teas from the tea-catcher & scullery made in the barossa.
